The Cooper Foundation offices in the historic Cooper House, built in the early 1900s by the donor's parents. The Trustees and staff of the Foundation are pleased to share the House with qualified nonprofit organizations. Normally the downstairs is available for use Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. but reservations must be made in advance. The House provides a calm atmosphere and has been used for retreats, board meetings, receptions, classes, staff evaluations, and luncheons.

The downstairs features a large living room, a smaller parlor, a dining room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Organizations are responsible for setting up for their meetings and leaving the House as they found it. Limited parking is available behind the Cooper House, with overflow parking available in the marked spaces of the Community Bank lot.

The House may not be rented by individuals, businesses, or churches.

Seven volunteer Trustees oversee the Foundation, with day-to-day operations handled by staff.
